What Size Portraits Are Available?
We currently offer sizes A4 and A3 unless we advise otherwise upon request.
What Styles Of Portrait Are Available?
If you want a portrait in colour then the options are Pastels, Watercolour or Acrylic. If you want a black and white portrait then the options are Pencil or Charcoal.
How Will My Portrait Be Delivered?
If you live locally in the Nottingham area then we can offer the option for you to collect your portrait or we may hand deliver it to you. Otherwise, we will send your portrait via insured delivery straight to you.
How Will My Portrait Be Packaged?
All portraits are individually wrapped in a sleeve within a hardened-back envelope to minimise the risk of damage during transit as much as possible.
How Do I Pay For My Portrait?
Payment for your portrait is requested up front, then the artist will start the work for you. We currently offer payment via PayPal or bank transfer.
What Happens If There Is An Issue With My Portrait Once Delivered?
If your portrait is delivered with any signs of damage then please inform us straight away. We will try and resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you by offering to re-do the portrait at no extra cost.
Will My Portrait Be Framed?
We do not provide a framing service for your portrait. If you wish to frame your portrait then we advise that you take this with you to a local framer so that you can choose the frame, mount and glass yourself as this is all down to personal preference. Please note that the artist will complete all portraits with space left for a mount/border for framing.
Will My Portrait Be Signed By The Artist?
Yes, every portrait will be signed by the artist to certify authenticity. Please advise us when placing your order if you would prefer to have the signature on the back as opposed to the front of your portrait.
Will My Portrait Be Showcased On The Website And/Or Facebook Page?
We will never upload your portrait without your permission. We would love to showcase every piece of art on our website and Facebook page but we will always ask for your permission to do so first.
How Long Will My Portrait Take To Complete?
We aim to have all portraits completed within 14 days, however, time frames may vary depending on the size of the portrait and demand at the time of ordering. We will always advise you if your portrait will take longer than 14 days to complete. Please also bear in mind that postal services may have delays also so if you require your portrait to be delivered by a certain date then please let us know when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.
Will You Keep Me Updated On How My Portrait Is Coming Along?
Yes, we will keep you updated on the status of your portrait throughout its journey. We will send you a digital image of your portrait before posting it out to you so that any issues or discrepancies you have can be remedied immediately.
